Small friendly Pilates classes run by Chartered Physiotherapist with over 3 years experience of delivering Pilates.

We run Pregnancy classes and classes for new mums, the classes are run in blocks of 6 sessions which get progressively more challenging as fitness levels improve and techniques are mastered.

You can begin the pregnancy classes at the end of your first trimester, and the post natal classes can be joined 6weeks after a normal delivery or 12 weeks after a c-section to allow your body to be ready to commence exercising safely.
